Qualifications

• Experience as Tag & Title Clerk or similar admin role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of title/registration processes and local rules.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and agencies.
• Dealership software experience is a plus.
• Analytical approach to compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review queue of incoming deals and documents and prioritize same-day follow-up.
• Track statuses and respond to questions from customers and partners.
• Ensure files are audit-ready and easily locatable for updates.
• Confirm submissions and note what is pending for tomorrow.
