Job summary

Ourisman Volkswagen of Bethesda is hiring a Volkswagen/Volvo Tag and Title Clerk to keep title and registration paperwork accurate and moving on schedule. You will handle transfers, registrations, and lien releases while coordinating with sales, finance, and state agencies.

You\'ll review documents, verify compliance, answer customer questions, and maintain audit-ready records. The role is onsite at our Bethesda location with a pay rate of $25 per hour and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior Tag and Title Clerk experience (or similar administrative experience) preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Working knowledge of title/registration processes and applicable state/local rules
• Clear written/verbal communication with customers and agencies
• Microsoft Office proficiency; dealership management software experience a plus
• Analytical, solution-focused approach to compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit title transfers, registrations, and lien releases.
• Verify sales/finance and compliance documents and coordinate with teams.
• Answer customer questions on title/registration status and maintain audit-ready records.
• Spot and correct documentation errors or discrepancies.
