Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to test TTWCS software in Dahlgren across multiple configurations. On-site at King George, VA, with potential travel; US Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.

The role involves lab testing, hardware troubleshooting, data analysis, and detailed test documentation, with collaboration across government and internal teams. You will define procedures, review tests, and communicate findings in briefs.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator and Maintenance Tech.
• Experience with CBT&E and automated testing tools is preferred.
• Ability to document tests, analyze results and track issues with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations and across builds.
• Document lab results, troubleshoot hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Analyze test data, develop data extraction and reduction elements.
• Create and modify test procedures to verify requirements and system function.
• Generate test plans/reports and present briefs at technical reviews.
