Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team at King George, VA, supporting TTWCS software testing across configurations. The role involves testing tactical weapon systems, troubleshooting lab hardware, and performing data analysis to verify requirements.

Will coordinate test plans, procedures, and reports with government personnel. Active Secret clearance is required; US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

BS in science/engineering/math from an accredited university, or military op experience as TTWCS Operator/Technician.
Experience with CBT&E.
Experience with automated testing tools and methods.
Experience using Jira to document and track CRs/PRs.

Responsibilities

Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations and across multiple builds in a lab setting.
Document lab data and modify/troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and network configurations.
Perform data analysis of test outputs and develop data extraction/reduction elements.
Create change requests/PRs to document system problems and verify software fixes.
Develop new test procedures and modify existing ones to verify requirements and system functionality.
Generate test plans and test reports; communicate results to management and technical reviews.
