Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join the King George, VA team, with on-site duties at NSWC Dahlgren. You will test TTWCS software across configurations, collaborate with government staff, and ensure thorough documentation and verification of system performance.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, US citizenship, and a strong background in lab testing and data analysis. Travel may occur, and competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field OR military operational experience as TTWCS Operator/Technician (V20A).
• Experience with CBT&E and automated testing tools preferred.
• Experience using Jira to document and track CRs/PRs.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in multiple configurations and builds.
• Document results in lab logs and reports; modify hardware and simulators.
• Develop and verify test procedures, TVMs, and test plans.
• Communicate findings and brief management on test initiatives and issues.
