SimVentions in King George, VA, seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to test the TTWCS software across configurations. On-site work at the Dahlgren-area sites is required, with some travel possible. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for access to classified information.

The role includes test design, data analysis, and collaboration with government personnel and teammates to verify requirements and system functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics fields or military operational experience as TTWCS operator/maintenance technician.
• Active Secret clearance required; US Citizenship is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations and builds in a lab setting.
• Document lab logs and modify/troubleshoot lab hardware, equipment, simulators, and network configurations.
• Perform data analysis of test outputs and develop data extraction/reduction for verification.
• Create and execute test procedures, TVMs, test plans, and reports; review procedures with peers.
• Communicate testing summaries and defend data during technical reviews and with management.
