Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to conduct testing of tactical weapon systems (TTWCS) in lab environments and across multiple builds. The role requires on-site presence at King George, VA, with potential customer site engagement at NSWC Dahlgren.

An Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required to access classified information. Responsibilities include developing test procedures, maintaining lab logs, and coordinating resources to execute test plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field, or military operational experience as a TTWCS Operator/Maint Technician.
• Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required to obtain clearance.
• Experience with Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation (CBT&E) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab settings across multiple configurations and builds.
• Document test results and manage lab logs, CRs/PRs, and TVMs.
• Develop and modify test procedures, plans, and reports; verify software fixes.
• Coordinate lab resources and personnel to create feasible test schedules.
• Present testing findings and defend data analysis during technical reviews.
