Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and typically 0–2+ years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to wireless networks and tactical communications systems.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, hardware, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with system-level maintenance of networks and communications equipment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for communications equipment, network systems, and product prototypes.
• Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technical systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and communications-related issues.
• Identify system errors and defects and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams.
• Support wireless networks, tactical communications systems, and personal computer technologies.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist with system-level maintenance and integration of communications equipment.
• Follow technical procedures, testing protocols, and troubleshooting processes.
• Work with engineers and operators to resolve technical issues and improve system reliability.
