Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two years aerospace/defense/government background.
• Experience with wireless networks and tactical communications.
• Ability to obtain interim Secret clearance and pursue full clearance.
• On-site work for future shift-based coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support to aircrews via chat and email.
• Assist with installation, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes.
• Document issues and coordinate with engineers and customers.
• Monitor system health and develop knowledge-base docs.
