Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer in Southern Pines, NC. You will lead troubleshooting for prototypes, install and test products, and provide technical solutions. Significant travel and potential OCONUS deployments are part of the role.

The role requires a STEM degree or 8+ years of related experience, and an active Secret clearance with possible TS/SCI eligibility. You will mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements across the MST team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or 8+ years of relative experience.
• Active Secret U.S. security clearance required; TS with SCI eligibility preferred.
• Active passport or ability to obtain one.
• Military or military support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support and troubleshooting for product and system prototypes.
• Manage product installation, testing, and validation processes.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and defects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and provide technical solutions.
• Oversee product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement in product support and troubleshooting.
