Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a results-driven Customer Success professional to join as an Individual Contributor in the Bellevue area. You will drive adoption of Sales/Service Cloud, Tableau, and AI-powered analytics, coordinating with sales, engineering, and product teams to secure renewal and expansion.

In this role you'll manage executive-level relationships, deliver quarterly reviews, and align your customer’s business goals with Salesforce solutions while ensuring platform stability and value

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success or SaaS.
Strong consulting skills and ability to drive business value with C-level conversations.
Excellent communication to translate technical concepts into business terms.
Actively seeks learning opportunities and mentors to accelerate growth.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Own the customer accountability for delivery of Signature deliverables and renewals.
Coordinate all entitlement deliverables across the Signature lifecycle.
Align business value and technical goals with customer stakeholders.
Develop strategic success plans and manage executive relationships.
Lead enablement on opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
