Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success professional for an office-flexible, hybrid role in the United States. You will own customer accountability, drive value, and coordinate deliverables across Signature programs, working with Business and Technical stakeholders.

The role emphasizes adoption of Tableau and Salesforce tools, executive relationships, and quarterly reviews to optimize usage and outcomes. Minimum 5+ years in Customer Success or SaaS apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related fields.
• Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to drive business value, facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence C-level conversations.
• Actively seeking learning activities and mentors to accelerate development.
• Office-flexible role requiring in-office presence 3 days per week.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of customer accountability for delivery of Signature deliverables and renewal/expansion.
• Coordinate all deliverables the customer is entitled to across the Signature lifecycle.
• Align with Business and Technical Stakeholders to deliver customer value and meet goals.
• Drive adoption of Sales and Service Cloud features with reps, agents, managers, and ops teams.
• Track usage metrics and conduct quarterly reviews to drive adoption of Tableau tools and Salesforce products.
• Forge relationships with customer IT and business leadership; act as trusted advisor.
