You will manage customer health, align with business goals, and shepherd the Signature lifecycle from enablement to renewal. You will build executive-level relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead enablement on opportunities, forecasts, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, SaaS, or related fields.
• Strong consulting skills to drive business value and influence C-level conversations.
• Excellent communication to translate technical issues for diverse audiences.
• Active pursuit of learning and mentorship to accelerate development.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; company visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of customer accountability for Signature deliverables and renewals.
• Coordinate all deliverables across Signature lifecycle and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive adoption of Sales and Service Cloud features with teams; monitor usage metrics.
• Lead quarterly reviews of feature usage and identify platform improvement opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor, align with customer business goals, and foster executive relationships.
• Monitor and manage incidents to protect revenue and ensure platform stability.
