Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC seeking a Dual Rate Table Games Floor Supervisor to lead Dealers, oversee compliance, and deliver an excellent guest experience on the casino floor.

You will supervise, coach, and support table games staff, monitor gameplay and inventories, and coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Experience with table games and supervisory roles is preferred; flexible availability is required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Table Games Dealers

• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and safety standards
• Resolve Guest concerns and maintain a positive gaming environment
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management
• Communicate with leadership to support smooth floor operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Dual Rate Table Games Floor Supervisor supports daily Table Games operations by guiding Dealers, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent Guest experience.
