Granite State Gaming & Hospitality is seeking a Dual Rate Table Games Floor Supervisor to guide Dealers, monitor play, and ensure compliance. You will help maintain a premier guest experience in our NH venues and support smooth floor operations through coaching and scheduling.

Ideal candidates have table games experience with supervisory skills, a focus on integrity and teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic casino floor environment.

Qualifications

• Table Games floor experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of table games rules, player tracking, and internal controls.
• Flexible availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Table Games Dealers
• Monitor gameplay, player activity, and table inventories
• Issue and inspect cards and dice; oversee fills and credits
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and safety standards
• Resolve Guest concerns and maintain a positive gaming environment
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management
• Communicate with leadership to support smooth floor operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Expect

The Dual Rate Table Games Floor Supervisor supports daily Table Games operations by guiding Dealers, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent Guest experience.
