You'll monitor player activity, coordinate handoffs to Executive Hosts, and collaborate with Marketing, Player Development, and Operations to align guest experiences with business goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, guest services, or casino operations; Player Development is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or HR software.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage potential high-worth players on-property and through strategic outreach.
• Create personalized, high-touch experiences to encourage guest loyalty and visitation.
• Represent the brand with energy, authenticity, and professionalism on and off the casino floor.
• Monitor guest gaming activity and loyalty data; coordinate a warm handoff to an Executive Host.
• Maintain CRM documentation and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Player Development teams.
• Provide feedback on guest trends to support strategic planning.
• Ensure interactions reflect casino values and resolve issues promptly.
