Job summary

Gila River Resorts & Casinos is seeking team members to assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the casino and hospitality areas in Chandler, AZ. The role involves sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and organizing spaces, with occasional banquet set-up duties related to catering and food service.

A strong focus on guest service and safety is required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain health and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent guest service skills and strong telephone etiquette.
• Ability to follow-up and complete tasks with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work with others and maintain positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance of the casino including sweeping, mopping, cleaning and organizing food and hospitality areas.
• Assist with banquet set-up for catering and food service as needed.
• Promote and provide excellent guest service experiences to guests.
• Ensure sanitation levels for items used, and maintain safe, clean areas.
• Operate in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
