Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee table game operations, coach dealers, and ensure compliance with Mississippi gaming regulations and company policies.

The role requires at least two years of table games experience and an active Mississippi Gaming License; High School or equivalent preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and math skills are essential; on-site position with opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Two years of prior table games experience (preferred).
  • MS Gaming License (required).
  • High School (preferred).
  • Knowledge of state gaming regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Abides by Hard Rock policies, procedures, and courtesy guidelines.
  • Performs duties per Mississippi gaming regulations.
  • Maintains knowledge of regulations set forth by the Mississippi Gaming Commission and the Mississippi State Tax Commission regarding table game operations.
  • Completes table fills, credits and markers and comps.
  • Verifies and approves guest transactions with knowledge of Title 31.
  • Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
  • Ensures all scheduled tables are manned at the start of the shift.
  • Coaches and evaluates Hard Rockers; maintains personnel records.
  • Supervises games to ensure dealers follow policy and procedures.
  • Promotes safety awareness to minimize work-related injuries.
  • Enrolls new guests in the Encore players club.
  • Maintains knowledge of comp procedures and guest evaluation for complementary process.
  • Resolves guest and Hard Rocker issues/disputes.
  • Adheres to department and property policies.
  • Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Knows and abides by Hard Rocks policies, procedures, internal controls and courtesy guidelines.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations.
  • Maintains & updates knowledge of regulations set forth by the Mississippi Gaming Commission and the Mississippi State Tax Commission regarding table game operations.
  • Completes table fills, credits and markers and comps.
  • Verifies and approves guest transactions while having a thorough knowledge of title 31.
  • Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
  • Ensures all scheduled tables are manned and ready at the beginning of the shift.
  • Assists in coaching, evaluating, counseling and rewarding Hard Rockers while maintaining efficient personnel records.
  • Supervises games ensuring dealers are following Hard Rock policy and procedures.
  • Promotes safety awareness to minimize work related injuries.
  • Enrolls new guests in the Encore players club.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of comp. procedures as well as the ability to evaluate guests, ensuring that qualified quests are taken care of through the complementary process.
  • Resolves guest & Hard Rocker issues/disputes.
  • Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
  • Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.
