Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Four (4) years progressive, responsible experience in Casino Table Games, Pit Manager Supervision and Administration.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required STGC Gaming License.
• Pre-employment and random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the General Manager, is responsible for all Casino and Table Games operations as MOD (Manager on Duty) and submits daily report of activity in the casino.
• Directs Pit Managers/Supervisors in coordinating the work of their assigned employees and areas to assure shift continuity.
• Ensures Table Games and Casino operations comply with gaming laws and regulations.
• Supervises and trains all games supervisors and handles disciplinary issues on the shift.
