Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the assigned pit area.
• Communicate information to incoming relief.
• Comply with all dealing procedures.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the procedure manual for games supervised.
• Ensure maximum game protection.
• Manage dealing rotation.
• Protect all sensitive equipment (cards, dice, shoes, etc.).
• Ensure strict compliance with the Sandia Casino System of Internal Controls.
• Train and develop supervisors’ skills.
• Accurately track bankroll of players and player buy‑in, average bet, and time played.
