Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking a professional Table Games Shift Manager to oversee daily table games operations, lead supervisors, and ensure a compliant, guest‑centric gaming environment.

You will mentor dealers, monitor game activity, and collaborate with Surveillance, Security and Compliance to meet revenue and guest-service goals in a fast-paced resort setting. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of leadership in table games and a Colorado gaming license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive Table Games leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and poker-based games.
• Ability to supervise floor operations in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Knowledge of Colorado gaming regulations and Title 31 requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Table Games operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise and coach Table Games staff to maintain high standards.
• Monitor game activity, staffing, guest volume, and floor conditions.
• Ensure compliance with house rules and regulatory requirements.
