Table Games Supervisor
Monarch Casino Resort Spa is looking for a passionate Table Games Supervisor to join our team! You will thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and Team Members.
Salary: based on knowledge and experience. Supervisor I – $36.05 per hour, Supervisor II – $38.46 per hour, Supervisor III – $40.87 per hour. Status: Full Time. Shift: Varies. Location: Monarch Casino Resort Spa, Black Hawk, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Table Games Department.
- Train, coach, and counsel Team Members proactively.
- Ensure cards are dealt accurately and procedurally correct.
- Practice and support Monarch’s courtesy guidelines at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations.
- Manage the administration of fills/credits, player ratings, keep track of markers, and rundowns.
- Process payroll for table games dealers.
- Comply with and understand Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, federal requirements for Anti‑Money Laundering, company policies and IRS reporting.
- Maintain payroll records, protect and control all department keys and assets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
- 1–2 years of previous dealing experience preferred.
- Previous supervisor experience is a plus.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to speak and write English.
- Ability to read and understand information and instructions presented in writing.
- Strong general mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, bend, stoop, and continuously use hands.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screen.
