Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Poker Assistant Shift Manager to lead poker room operations during day shifts. You will supervise staff, manage guest service, handle jackpots, and ensure compliance with gaming rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Colorado gaming license.
• 1 year of dealing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience a plus.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and maintain accurate records.
• Manage, direct, and supervise all personnel on a shift.
• Evaluate business levels and optimize staffing while controlling payroll.
• Fulfill guest service needs and manage jackpots and bonus hands.
