Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, is seeking a Table Games Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will supervise dealers and supervisors, manage scheduling, monitor game activity and profitability, and partner with leadership to drive revenue while maintaining safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Table Games leadership in a casino.
• Strong knowledge of table games: Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker-based games.
• Ability to supervise floor operations and lead teams in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Knowledge of Colorado gaming regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Table Games operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance and profitability.
• Supervise dealers and supervisors to maintain high standards.
• Monitor game activity, limits, staffing, and guest volume on the floor.
• Ensure accuracy and fairness in table games and adherence to house rules.
• Support guest service by addressing concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Surveillance and other departments to ensure safe operations.
