Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong math and report-writing abilities.
• Credentialing with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deal and conduct table games professionally and securely.
• Monitor gaming activity per rules and pace; ensure integrity.
• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Open/close shift procedures and handle required transactions.
• Assist guests with positive outcomes to encourage return visits.
• Participate in ongoing training for new games as deemed necessary.
