• Strong knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all Dealers in the assigned table games area.
• Maintains bank floats and controls game movement for optimal play.
• Trains and supervises Dealers on procedures and compliance.
• Coordinates with other game areas and documents player data.
• Verifies credit issuance with proper signatures.
• Monitors play and relays important information to supervisor.
• Resolves minor disputes professionally or escalates to surveillance as needed.
• Attends supervisory meetings and adheres to company policies.
