The Vanderpump Hotel, part of Caesars Entertainment, seeks a Dual Rate Supervisor to oversee multiple table games on an assigned shift in Las Vegas. The role emphasizes guest service, asset protection, and motivating staff to deliver excellence.

You will ensure adherence to house rules, supervise pit operations, and coach team members to maintain high performance and safety standards on the floor.

Qualifications

• Effective English communication in professional settings.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Minimum age 21.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Minimum 2 years pit operation experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and PIT procedures.
• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Cards Needed: Alcohol NV and Gaming License, NV.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple table games on an assigned shift.
• Ensure coin and check racks are filled and comply with house rules.
• Resolve disputes, escalating to Casino Manager as needed.
• Promote guest development through interaction and service excellence.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report to supervisor.
• Support staff with coaching and performance guidance.
• Assist in hiring, promotions, or wage adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic performance reviews.
