Qualifications

• Five years casino experience with a minimum of three years in a Dual-Rated management level.
• Minimum of two years experience as a Table Games dealer.
• Must possess the ability to proficiently deal Mini Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, and Blackjack.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust table game limits based on gaming volume.
• Handle customer requests, including information and monetary transactions.
• Maintain a high level of subordinate performance & productivity.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to proficiently deal Table Games

Knowledge of Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
