Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee a set of table games in a busy pit. You will monitor game limits, handle guest requests, and ensure accuracy of monetary transactions.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, five years of casino experience with at least three years in management, and a strong knowledge of Class III games and Seminole Gaming regulations. Relocation support is available for external hires within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years of casino experience with at least three years in a Dual-Rated management level.
• Class III background required.
• Two years minimum experience as a Table Games dealer is required.
• Must be able to deal Mini Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, carnival games and Blackjack.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust table game limits with respect to gaming volume.
• Handle customer requests, including information, markers, and comps.
• Ensure accuracy of all monetary transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Seminole Gaming regulations and federal CTR & SARC regs.
• Schedule dealers for specific table games.
• Maintain high subordinate performance and productivity.
• Ensure customer enjoyment and satisfaction.
