Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a Floor Supervisor for Table Games to oversee dealer operations and maintain high levels of guest service. The role involves supervising dealers, training staff, and ensuring accurate buy-ins and markers while upholding gaming regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three years table games experience required.
• Two years in a dual-rated management level capacity or above preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise dealer responsibilities in line with policies and procedures.
• Train team members, plan, assign and direct work.
• Appraise performance, rewards and discipline team members.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Rate and track guests play.
• Assist guests in obtaining a marker.
• Ensure buy-ins are correct.
• Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
