Job summary

Hard Rock International in Kentucky is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee pit operations, monitor dealer performance, and ensure exceptional guest service across table games.

Under the direction of the Pit Manager, you will train staff, assign duties, review play, enforce gaming regulations, and resolve issues to maintain game integrity and a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Three years table games experience required.
• Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise dealer responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
• Train team members, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance, rewards, and discipline staff.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; rate and track guests' play.
• Assist guests in obtaining a marker; ensure buy-ins are correct and compliant with regulations.
