You will train team members, plan and direct work, monitor performance, handle guest concerns, and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations. This role requires knowledge of primary and secondary casino games, and a willingness to work varying shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Three years table games experience required.
• Two years in a dual-rated management level capacity preferred.
• Knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise dealer responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Train team members, plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Maintain guest relations, address complaints, and resolve problems.
• Ensure adherence to gaming regulations and manage buy-ins and markers.
