Job summary

Hard Rock Northern Indiana Casino is seeking a dedicated team member to support pit operations and guest service. You will help manage table games, ensure game integrity, and protect company assets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You must be 21+, pass background and drug screens, and hold the required licenses. Prior gaming experience is preferred, with strong communication and mentoring skills for staff development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Indiana Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Prior experience in the Gaming industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Northern Indiana Casino for gaming entertainment.
• Actively builds and retains guest relations and mentors team members to provide superior guest service.
• Operates and conducts table games according to procedure during assigned shift.
• Provides game security and protects assets by facing games and recreating bets when needed.
• Handles all monies accurately in games, including bankrolls, payoffs, and bets.
• Verbalizes all aspects of the game and answers questions about other games and the property.
• Attends seminars when needed.
