Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months to 1 year experience in Table Games or equivalent education/experience.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Table Games operating systems.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret charts/graphs.
• Interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to guests and team members.
• Supervise staff in the department; support operational goals and monitor performance.
• Coordinate scheduling with manager to address guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with departmental budgets and company standards.
• Promote and uphold superior guest service and train team members accordingly.
