Job summary

Little River Casino Resort in Michigan is seeking a capable team member to support the Table Games Shift Manager. You will help oversee the assigned shift, support Sports Book Ticket Writer duties, and ensure top-tier guest service and compliance with policies.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of casino table games, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 years pit operations experience
• Strong working knowledge of all casino table games
• Knowledge of Gaming Industry laws and regulations governing gaming operations
• Michigan TAM certification or obtain within 60 days of employment
• Experience with a Tribally run casino and/or resort preferred
• A combination of education and experience may substitute for degree requirements

Responsibilities

• Provides superior guest service and player development through personal interaction and relationship marketing
• Ensures table games and Sports Book team members provide optimum service
• Analyzes Player Tracking systems, evaluates patron play, and determines if comp issuance is authorized
• Deals tables games as directed by management
• Maintains table game bankroll and prepares periodic reports
• Supervises department staff and coordinates with support services
