Job summary

River City Casino & Hotel is seeking a Table Games supervisor to lead staff, oversee table games procedures, and ensure top-tier guest experiences at the casino. The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to handle varied shifts including nights and weekends.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, accurate handling of chips and payouts, and collaboration with casino leadership to maintain smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Experience supervising staff in a gaming/entertainment setting.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote outstanding customer service per training and supervision.
• Follow game procedures for Blackjack, Carnival Games, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and variations.
• Supervise and manage staff in the Table Games department.
• Coordinate with managers and scheduling to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Share accountability for engagement of all team members with shifts and casino operations.
• Oversee integrity of chips, cards, dice, and gaming equipment.
• Maintain and process paperwork, logs, schedules, and communications for Table Games.
• Monitor cash transactions and ensure correct payouts per procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within area of authority and report issues to management.
