Job summary

The Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino seeks a qualified Table Games Supervisor to oversee a pit of games, maintain service standards, and safeguard game integrity. This role directs dealers, trains staff, handles disputes, and ensures compliance with Title 31 and internal controls.

You will monitor game activity, promote guest satisfaction, manage staff performance, and coordinate with casino operations to uphold regulatory requirements while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Table Games experience.
• Supervisory experience in a live casino gaming facility is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate employees.
• Knowledge of internal controls, Title 31 and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, supervise, and control an assigned pit of table games to ensure service and game integrity.
• Monitor game activity and assist dealers, providing guidance and corrections as needed.
• Train and develop Dealers to ensure performance meets standards.
• Resolve customer disputes and administer staff discipline per policy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
