Job summary

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar is seeking a Casino Table Games Supervisor to oversee the conduct and operation of all Table Games within one or more pit areas. You will coach Dealers, monitor game flow, and ensure the highest standards of guest service and regulatory compliance on the casino floor.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a valid Puerto Rico dealer license, and 2–4 years in table games with supervisory experience. Flexibility for varied shifts and a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish mandatory.
• Valid dealer license issued by the Puerto Rico Gaming Commission.
• Successful completion of an accredited dealer training course.
• Thorough knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Minimum 2–4 years of table games experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Knowledge of table games procedures and dealing techniques (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Poker, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills to coach and mentor dealers.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills for guest disputes and team dynamics.
• Ability to recognize irregular or suspicious behavior and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise conduct and operation of Table Games in one or more pit areas.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Dealers to maintain performance.
• Monitor game pace, accuracy, and integrity of table games.
• Resolve guest disputes professionally and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
