Responsibilities include calculating payoffs, monitoring compliance, and addressing guest concerns, with opportunities to advance within the table games floor. Must meet licensing requirements and be able to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed dealer training or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Rio games and casino operations.
• Excellent math, communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to supervise dealers and enforce policies.
• Must meet gaming licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support dealers.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and guest relations.
• Calculate payoffs and monitor game integrity.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and policies.
• Access credit lines as needed and issue credits.
• Direct and supervise dealers in assigned area.
• Evaluate team performance on a yearly basis.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to Shift Manager.
