Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas is seeking a Floor Supervisor Table Games to oversee dealers, ensure game integrity, and deliver exceptional guest service. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and math skills, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will supervise operations, manage staffing, monitor compliance with laws and policies, and train staff to maintain high standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of casino operations experience or equivalent.
• Must obtain Alcohol Awareness/TAM Card and Nevada Gaming License.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise dealers to ensure proficient game dealing and superior guest service.
• Oversee operations and conduct of designated table games, including opening/closing and administrative duties.
• Maintain professional presence and engage players while promoting teamwork and employee satisfaction.
• Communicate information timely, evaluate players, manage bankroll levels, and verify documents.
• Uphold policies, handle guest disputes, and coordinate with shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies and comply with all laws and regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve disputesfairly when needed.
• Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
