Job summary

Silverton Casino Llc is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee table games, monitor dealers and players, and ensure accurate play and security. The role emphasizes guest service and adherence to house rules across all table games in a fast-paced casino environment.

The supervisor will verify bankrolls, maintain game pace, and report unusual activity while training staff and upholding company policies and procedures to protect assets and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform simple math.
• Must have knowledge of all games supervised.
• Must be able to learn or have working knowledge of CMS, PitBoss, Super-PlayMate and New Wave.

Responsibilities

• Observing all games, players, and dealers to ensure accuracy and protection of the Table Games department.
• Maintaining a high quality of guest service.
• Protecting the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability.
• Enforcing all table game policies and procedures while ensuring excellent guest service.
• Verifying bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Monitoring games and maintaining appropriate game pace.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and filling requests.
• Assisting in training and evaluating subordinate team members in a fair and equitable manner.
