Job summary

Bally’s is seeking a casino team member in Chicago to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure accurate play across assigned games. You will promote the Bally’s guest-centric culture while upholding game rules, security, and procedural standards.

Ideal candidates are 21+, can obtain a gaming license, and are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is valued and a willingness to engage with guests is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have knowledge of all casino game rules.
• Must pass a math assessment issued by the Company.
• Must pass a color vision assessment test issued by the company.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Conduct table transactions, including payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
• Frequently required to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Occasionally required to bend and twist, as well as reach overhead
• Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
• Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
• You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.
