Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Chicago is seeking a guest services professional to uphold a Born to Entertain culture and drive superior guest relations in a fast-paced casino setting.

The role requires knowledge of table games and slots, excellent written and verbal communications, proficiency with Microsoft Office and casino systems, plus compliance with Title 31 and IG B regulations. Must be 21+, hold IGB Level 2, and be able to work weekends/nights/holidays. Salary range $90,000–$110,000.

Qualifications

• Perform duties related to Illinois Gaming Board Self-Exclusion program.
• Attract and retain new player patronage via personalized service.
• Assist in developing programs to increase player worth within comping guidelines.
• Greet and host customers with courtesy and hospitality.
• Assist in planning and executing events to stimulate revenue and improve service levels.
• Arrange events for quality customers, including transportation, accommodations, and tickets.
• Observe interactions and work to improve friendliness and courtesy.
• Assist with phone solicitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Attract, develop, and retain new player patronage through personalized service
• Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying with established comping guidelines
• Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude
• Assist customers in following procedures to obtain complimentary privileges
• Assist in planning and executing special events and programs to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs, and enhance customer service levels
• Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodations, and tickets to sporting events
• Observe all employees in their contact with guests and work with management to improve friendliness and courtesy
• Assist with phone solicitation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
• Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
• Occasionally required to sit or stoop
• Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
• The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
• Schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs.

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
