Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Chicago is seeking a Casino Dealer to deliver exceptional guest service and manage casino table games with precision. You will uphold strict integrity of games, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming, entertaining atmosphere consistent with Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy.

The role requires 21+ years old, IL gaming license, knowledge of game rules, and availability nights/weekends/holidays. High school diploma is required; loyalty and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must know casino game rules.
• Must pass a math assessment.
• Must pass a color vision assessment.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster Bally's Born to Entertain environment by creating a fun, entertaining atmosphere.
• Promote a guest-centric culture and build long-lasting guest relations.
• Conduct assigned game accurately and at supervisor's pace.
• Protect and ensure integrity of games and assets (currency, chips, cards, dice).

• Conduct table transactions, including payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
• Frequently required to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Occasionally required to bend and twist, as well as reach overhead
• Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
• Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
• You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.
