ADT is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology to lead delivery of technology solutions that enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience. You will translate priorities into implementations, collaborating across TA, HR Tech, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable, well-adopted systems.

The role covers project leadership, releases, testing, production support, and continuous improvement with focus on adoption, data-driven insights, and AI/automation opportunities within talent

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Technology, HR Technology, TA Operations, or related field with leadership.
• Experience implementing or optimizing enterprise HR/TA tech translating business needs into executable work.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and vendors to deliver cross-functional tech initiatives.

• Translate TA tech priorities into executable plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of technology implementations, enhancements, and optimization efforts.
• Manage technology intake and enhancement requests with prioritization and feasibility.
• Lead release management, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Manage production support and break-fix processes with vendors and tech teams.
• Partner with TA, HR Tech, IT, and vendors to resolve delivery barriers and maintain accountability.
• Connect insights and workflows to deliver actionable solutions across teams.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of TA technology through training and feedback.
• Monitor delivery performance and elevate risks with recommended solutions.
