Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a true TA technology expert to bridge deep process knowledge with systems and vendor management. You will own the day-to-day operations of Avature and foundational TA systems, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement across the TA org.

You will partner with Product, DT, and program teams to translate requirements into hiring velocity and candidate experience improvements, while driving vendor relationships and governance for stable operations.

Qualifications

• TA technology experience and platform ownership is required.
• Experience recruiting or sourcing helps communicate with the TA team.
• Proven track record in vendor relationships and system adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own Avature post-implementation, adoption, and optimization.
• Serve as primary liaison between TA, Project Madagascar, and People Product & DT.
• Govern the TA tech stack design for Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem and more.
• Partner with change team on training, cutover planning, and day-one support.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and optimization conversations.
• Establish and track system health, adoption, and KPIs.
