Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a true TA technology and vendor management expert to own Avature and core TA systems, ensuring adoption and operational excellence. You will translate business strategy into system changes, partnering with Product and DT to improve hiring velocity and candidate experience.

You will lead post-go-live optimization, govern the TA tech stack (Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem), and manage vendor relationships with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is a plus.
• Track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Avature and TA systems post-go-live, including vendor relationships and quarterly reviews.
• Serve as primary liaison between TA, project teams, and People Product & DT for requirement translation.
• Design and govern the TA tech stack to ensure interoperability and reliability.
