Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a true subject-matter expert who bridges deep TA process knowledge with strong systems and vendor management. You will ensure the technology recruiters rely on daily just work and continue to improve, partnering with Product and DT as the voice of TA in the rooms.

You'll own the future strategy, design, and day-to-day operations of Avature and other foundational TA systems and program partnerships, translating business strategy into actionable system changes that impact

Qualifications

• Experience in TA technology and Avature preferred.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is a plus.
• Proven ability to own vendor relationships and drive system adoption at scale.
• Strong collaboration across TA CoE, Product and DT teams, with cross-functional visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own Avature post-implementation optimization, adoption, and governance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between TA, project teams, and People Product & DT.
• Design and govern the TA technology stack (Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem) for interoperability.
• Coordinate pre-go-live readiness with change teams, training, and cutover planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and vendor optimization conversations.
• Establish and track system health, adoption, and performance KPIs feeding the roadmap decisions.
