Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a TA technology expert to own Avature post-implementation and optimize our TA systems and processes. You will partner with Product, DT, and cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable TA outcomes.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive adoption at scale, and ensure operational excellence with quarterly reviews and clear metrics.

Qualifications

• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is a plus.
• Track record owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the future strategy design and day-to-day operations of Avature and TA/M systems.
• Bridge TA processes with Product and DT and translate requirements into TA impact.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and partnerships.
