About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for finding and engaging top talent to join our growing organization. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while building strong relationships with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Remote team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our clinics nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and maintain open communication throughout the hiring process.
- Manage job postings, ensuring they accurately reflect role requirements and attract the right candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement best practices and improve recruitment processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Pinnacle Fertility as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates across various platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members across multiple locations.
- Compensation: $52,000 - $72,800 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
